This is a 45-60 minute appointment in your home, which includes a quality of life consultation as needed, sedating medication for your pet, followed by a peaceful passing.

During this teleadvice consultation, you will speak directly with Dr. Lavine over the phone or Zoom.  This is in addition to reviewing your pet's medical records prior to the meeting.  This fee can be then applied to a scheduled in person consultation.

This may be helpful if you have started to notice changes in your pet that cause you concern, but you're not sure if it is time and would like to review options whether for senior care or euthanasia.  Sometimes you need another perspective, reassurance, further explanation your doctors' recommendations or diagnosis and plan or perhaps you would like to plan ahead.​  

This is a 60-90 minute appointment in your home focused on senior, geriatric or hospice care.  As a practice focused on senior care, we can bring fresh ideas for medical and alternative/supplement therapy.  Together we'll develop a medical plan to keep your pet as comfortable as possible for as long as possible, focusing on quality and comfort. 

We will review prior medical records and can communicate with your regular veterinarian and specialists to develop a plan.
